Certain releases, including limited “Pilot Drop” and early-edition models such as Model No. 00, are prototype units. These items are experimental and may include visible fabrication marks, uneven surfaces, print seams, material variations, or other inconsistencies inherent to early production.

By purchasing a Pilot Drop item, you agree:

Pilot items are sold “as is.”

Prototype variations are normal and not defects.

No refunds, returns, store credit, or upgrades are offered.

Future versions may differ in design, quality, or materials.

Purchasing a prototype does not guarantee access to or priority for future drops.

Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All product designs, models, artwork, branding, written descriptions, digital files, 3D concepts, and physical products are the exclusive intellectual property of Lab Rat Kitsch and are protected by U.S. copyright and related laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant any license to:

copy

reproduce

scan or 3D scan

reverse engineer

modify

3D print

resell or commercially exploit

any aspect of these designs.

Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and lost profits.

Personal use of purchased items is permitted so long as it does not involve reproduction or any form of commercial activity.
