Shipping Policies
Orders are fulfilled from a small production facility and may include work-in-progress (WIP) or made-to-order items. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and production prior to shipment.
Processing Time
Many items are handmade in small batches.
WIP and prototype units may be produced on demand.
Orders require 7–14 business days before they ship.
Processing time does not include transit time from the carrier.
Shipping Availability
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
International orders are not supported.
Carrier & Tracking
All shipments are sent via standard domestic carriers. Tracking information will be provided once a shipping label is created. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately.
Shipping Errors & Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or delivery failure may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for loss, delay, or damage transfers to the carrier. Any claims regarding carrier issues must be submitted directly to the carrier. Severe damage due to transit may be reported to us at the contact information below, within 3 business days of delivery, with photo evidence.
