All products sold through this website are final sale. Returns for a refund are not accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for store credit subject to the conditions below.
Approved returns will be credited in the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) in the form of a digital store credit, valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
Because these products are handmade and produced in small batches, cosmetic variations, minor defects, color differences, and small inconsistencies are not considered damage or grounds for reimbursement. These characteristics are normal and expected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us at the email address below within 3 calendar days of delivery. Claims must include photographic evidence of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items unless the shop has made an error (e.g., wrong product shipped).
